- Hospital privileges with Riverside Medical Center a community hospital with 300 beds; opportunity for privileges at Rush University Medical Center for high acuity clinical care
- Research opportunities and teaching with a faculty appointment at Rush University may be available for consideration
- Outpatient clinical care with rotating practice call assisted by Tele‑Stroke services
- Flexible schedule Monday‑Friday
- Manageable patient volume allowing for strong work‑life balance
- Experience is appreciated but not required; open to recent graduates
- Ideal candidate is team‑oriented, friendly, and ambitious
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Valid Illinois medical licensure (or ability to obtain IL license)
- Valid Illinois Controlled Substances license (or ability to obtain IL license)
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. The pay range for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE neurologist is $326,000 - $430,000, which may increase with productivity bonuses, sign‑on and retention bonuses, and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets are available.
