Real Estate Accountant

is searching for a meticulous and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our Finance team. As a leader in providing contract administration and negotiation services specifically in the tech sector, we require a professional who is adept at financial management within the real estate domain. This role will include handling all accounting operations related to our real estate investments and assets, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for real estate projects
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and supporting external audits
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting for real estate activities
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls specific to real estate operations

Required Skills
