• Provide 1:1 and small-group student support in classroom and campus settings
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and mobility needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to ensure student growth and participation

• High school diploma or GED
• Para Pro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or minimum of 36 college credits
• At least 18 years old
• TB test (per district needs)
• Clearances must be current or ability to obtain before starting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environments
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
