We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our essential operations team as Cleaning Staff for our busy summer season. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our beautiful outdoor amphitheater before, during, and after events. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, often outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest‑facing areas free of trash, restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, which may include implementing resource‑conserving practices such as sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow team members at the end of the show to close the venue—including collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades, etc.
• Perform simple cleaning duties and responsibilities.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the Cleaning Manager.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
