** Why This Role Matters*
* As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional patient care help support positive health outcomes and a seamless patient experience.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with skill and accuracy

+ Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

+ Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

+ Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties

+ Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients

+ Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

+ Effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting while working independently

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferred

+ Keyboarding and data entry experience

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable

+ Flexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
