Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers and bartenders;
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines;
Promote casino events and programs and act as ambassador of goodwill;
Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar and ensure proper storage of liquor, fruits, glassware, and other items;
Keep designated areas clean and safe, including bar surfaces, sinks, and floors; respond to cues and operate equipment safely
