Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate staffing for the day’s workload and the next day’s workload, using forecast and productivity guidelines;
Prepare Opening the House duties, assign work assignments to Housekeepers according to their sections;
Run turndown report and assign to appropriate team members;
Answer all calls and keep guest requests log accurate; provide room status updates to Housekeepers;
Conduct random room inspections and forward to management
