Overview

In this role, you will provide day-to-day Human Resources operations while partnering closely with leadership and field employees to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Performance Management
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, respectful work culture.
  • Employee relations & coaching
  • Consults and provides insights to leaders
  • Is a change agent for implementing new HR programs, processes and/or initiatives
  • Acts as liaison between division and HR functional areas.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation related to safety, training, certifications, and EEO requirements.
  • Assist with culture-building programs, recognition events, and internal communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Bilingual preferred
