Payroll Systems Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll systems professional who enjoys being hands-on with configuration, testing, and implementation support. You'll play a key role in a major payroll and HR systems transformation, helping translate payroll processes into SAP and supporting the team through stabilization and long-term maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support payroll system configuration and implementation activities
• Translate payroll processes into SAP-based workflows
• Validate configurations and test system functionality
• Partner with consultants and system integrators
• Assist with system stabilization and issue resolution
• Support payroll operations during the transition period
• Help maintain the system after implementation

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

• 5+ years of payroll systems experience preferred
• Strong SAP experience required or strongly preferred
• Success Factors experience highly relevant
• Hands-on payroll system configuration experience
• Experience supporting testing and implementation efforts

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

• ERP-to-SAP transition experience
• Background in payroll process improvement
