POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager – Food Automation is responsible for managing and optimizing the Food Automation Group's shared digital marketing infrastructure and lead generation programs. This role serves as the central owner of the group's digital ecosystem, ensuring websites, marketing technology platforms, digital advertising, lead management processes, and reporting systems support business growth across all operating companies.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, SEO, paid media, analytics, and lead generation. This position partners closely with operating company marketing, sales, and commercial teams to drive qualified leads, improve digital performance, and establish best practices across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the Food Automation Group's digital marketing infrastructure and lead generation programs.

Manage and optimize company websites, including SEO, GEO, content updates, and user experience.

Administer marketing technology platforms, including CRM, Marketo, and marketing automation tools.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, display, and social media channels.

Manage lead capture, scoring, qualification, and routing to operating company sales teams.

Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.Establish digital marketing standards and best practices across the Food Automation Group.

Train and support operating company marketing teams on digital tools, processes, and campaign execution.

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline growth and improve lead conversion.

Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, marketing efficiency, and customer engagement.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or lead generation.

Experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Hub Spot, or similar).Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, SEM, digital advertising, social media marketing, and website optimization.

Experience using Google Analytics, reporting platforms, and dashboard tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience supporting multiple business units or brands.

Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or technical product environments.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, or Marketo certifications.

Experience with website CMS platforms and digital content management.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support operating companies, attend industry events, participate in training, and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams across the Food Automation Group.
