Pay Rate: 23.00 an hour

* Guaranteed Progression: 50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

* Training Personnel:
Guide and develop your team to ensure they meet production and safety standards.

* Conducting Inspections:
Ensure pallets meet customer specifications and maintain quality control.

* Safety Compliance:
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.

* Production Goals:
Help your team meet daily production goals by providing clear direction and setting priorities.

* Reporting:
Prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate pallet inventory.

* Shift Transitions:
Responsible for smooth transitions between shifts and the setup of work areas.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with location management to identify and address any operational or safety training needs.

* Establishes and maintains consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.

* Partners with onsite management team to ensure the customer's expectations of the highest level of quality standards and service are achieved.

* Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

* Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations.
