Work Schedule: MON- THUR 6AM- 4:30 PM, OVERTIME FRIDAYS AS NEEDED (consistent OT in colder seasons)
Compensation: The anticipated wage for this role is $17.50 per hour. In addition, this role is eligible for quarterly team bonuses, yearly attendance bonus of 2% of your annual earnings, and quarterly rewards of extra PTO.
Essential Functions- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Good mechanical skills
- Knowledge of shop use measuring devices.
- Ability to complete disassembly process without destroying parts.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
