Shift: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Skills That Get You Hired

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment is preferred.
• Experience related to operating, monitoring, and inspecting assembly machines.
• Basic computer literacy (Windows software) and the ability to read shop math.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
• Precision counts - you know quality when you see it
• Fit to handle lifting 50 lbs. and standing all day
• Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew

On the Job

• Machine Operation: Safely operate B-25 Band Saws, shot blasters, and 268 & 414 Groovers.
• Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections, verify dimensional conformance with drawings, and conduct surface prep.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, and daily, weekly, or monthly TPM checklists.
• Safety & 5S: Follow all safety procedures, report incidents/near misses, and maintain 5S duties (organization/cleanliness) in the work area.
• Technical Skills: Navigate Mendix for job/spool information, interpret blueprints/work orders, and use measuring tools.
• Collaboration: Communicate maintenance issues to Line Leads and Shift Supervisors.
