US Farathane is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Riverside, Missouri. This role involves leading daily operations in plastic injection molding to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a strong background in automotive quality systems. Knowledge of plastic injection molding is strongly preferred.
