Cell Lead - 2nd Shift

The Shift Lead will train on the 1st shift (Mon - Thu 6 AM - 4:30 PM), then will move to the 2nd shift (4:45 PM to 3:15 AM Mon-Thur).

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions: noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt, etc. The employee must stand, walk, sit, use hands for tasks, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• One to two years of related experience.

Wage scale for Riverside, MO: $22.00‑$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Eligible for group healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401(k) plan, 80 hours vacation, 10 paid holidays, 2 personal holidays, 6 weeks paid parental leave, and salary plus potential bonuses. Eligibility is subject to applicable plan documents and policies.
