Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Operate sandblasting and bead blasting machines to clean and prepare metal and other work surfaces;
Remove paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt, and other contaminants from surfaces to prepare them for finishing or painting;
Perform surface preparation and paint prep according to job specifications and quality standards;
Set up, adjust, and monitor blasting equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent results;
Use hand and power tools daily to assist with surface preparation, masking, and finishing tasks
