Job DescriptionThis position will train for at least three (3) weeks on our 1st shift, Monday‑Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Once fully trained, the employee will be moved to the 2nd shift, Monday‑Thursday 4:45 pm to 3:15 am.
Salary: $18–23 / hour, depending on experience.
Benefits start day one.
Essential Functions- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of basic computer systems.
- Must be qualified and certified to operate a forklift and stand up.
- Must understand safety policies and rules.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods, statistical procedures, and graphic skills.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThe employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, including noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt, etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Wage:
The anticipated wage scale in Riverside, MO is $18.00–$23.00 per hour. The final pay offered will depend on experience, industry, and education. Benefits include group health, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan; 80 hours of vacation leave; 10 paid holidays plus 2 personal holidays; 6 weeks of paid parental leave; and eligibility to purchase company stock.
