Support For Carbon Fiber Production Team
You will support the carbon fiber production team on all of our six carbon fiber carbonization lines, mainly managing the starts, connections, and stops of the units. The operations team adapts its schedule according to the unpredictability of production (planned and unplanned stops, planned and unplanned connections, etc.).
- Participates in the shutdown, cleaning, start, and connection operations of the units
- Manages the preparations of the units for production (cleaning, tools, etc.)
- Manages the product preparations (sizing/acid) for production
- Performs maintenance of small equipment
- Receives the necessary material for the proper operation of the units and manages the storeroom
- Assists the on-site teams on different production tasks and becomes a reinforcement
Operator with confirmed experience in production or a good return on a previous assignment
Very good know-how, adapts to degraded situations (unpredictability of production installations)
Team spirit and commitment to production
Responsive: for changes in schedules depending on the starts of the installations High heat environment around the carbonization furnaces
