** Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

** Starting Pay:**   **$20.00 per hour*

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  
** Catalog Assembler
** to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely assembling products, performing quality inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring finished products meet customer and company standards.

** Responsibilities*
* + Learn and follow safe assembly practices for  
** 2"-36" assemblies** , including OGS and AGS.

+ Perform in-process inspections, including dimensional, orientation, and parts inspections, according to product specifications.

+ Conduct additional inspections as required and verify finished products meet or exceed customer standards.

+ Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

+ Ensure tools and equipment are in safe working condition and calibration requirements are current.

+ Navigate Medix to access job and spool requirements.

+ Complete daily checklists and TPMs.

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area while upholding  
** 5S standards** .

+ Communicate effectively with Line Leads, Supervisors, the Operations Manager, and Engineering regarding discrepancies in drawings, models, or Bills of Materials (BOMs).

+ Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

** Qualifications*
* +  
** High School Diploma required.*
* + Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

+ Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows, preferred.

+ Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes preferred.

+ Strong shop math skills, including the ability to convert fractions to decimals.

+ Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and vernier scales preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints is desired.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

+ Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues effectively.

+ Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.

+ Must be self-motivated, dependable, and have strong attention to detail.
