Supportproductionlinestart-ups,changeovers,operations,andshutdowns Helpensureproductiongoals,quality standards,andsafetyrequirementsareachieved Trainnewandexistingteammembersusingapprovedprocedures,work instructions,andoperatingstandards Provide day-to-day coaching,guidance,andsupporttoproductionemployees Assistwithemployeeperformanceevaluationsbysharingobservationsandfeedback Verifythatallproductionandqualitychecksarecompletedaccuratelyandontime Reportequipmentissues,downtime,quality concerns,safety incidents,andinjuriespromptly PromoteacultureofsafetybyreinforcingGMPs,PPErequirements,housekeeping standards,andsafeworkpractices Supportcontinuousimprovementeffortstoreducewaste,downtime,andproductiondelays Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironment Performadditionaldutiesasassigned What We'reLooking
