Production QC/QA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Overtime and Saturday work: As needed
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Catalog Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely assembling products, performing quality inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring finished products meet customer and company standards.
Responsibilities- Learn and follow safe assembly practices for 2”–36” assemblies
, including OGS and AGS. - Perform in-process inspections, including dimensional, orientation, and parts inspections, according to product specifications.
- Conduct additional inspections as required and verify finished products meet or exceed customer standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in safe working condition and calibration requirements are current.
- Navigate Medix to access job and spool requirements.
- Complete daily checklists and TPMs.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while upholding 5S standards
. - Communicate effectively with Line Leads, Supervisors, the Operations Manager, and Engineering regarding discrepancies in drawings, models, or Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows, preferred.
- Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes preferred.
- Strong shop math skills, including the ability to convert fractions to decimals.
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and vernier scales preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints is desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and have strong attention to detail.
