Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN​/Night Shift

Night shift LPN opportunity at Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO.

Schedule:

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM on the overnight shift. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during overnight care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the overnight shift in a clean and safe environment
• Administer medications and document treatments and changes in resident condition
• Monitor residents and respond to overnight care needs
• Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team as needed
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure compliance with Missouri regulations and facility policies
• Properly use nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active Missouri LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
