Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Riverside, Missouri. This role is ideal for RNs looking to supplement income, maintain work-life balance, or work a consistent weekend schedule in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Provide high-quality resident care and clinical oversight
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Communicate resident updates to families and healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate documentation (Point Click Care , MDS, care plans)
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition
• Investigate, document, and report incidents
• Participate in shift reports and hand-offs for continuity of care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1-2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills
• Point Click Care  (PCC) experience preferred
