You will ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being by performing assessments, providing hemodialysis therapy, monitoring vital signs, collecting data, and assisting with machine/system monitoring.

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training approved by the medical director and governing body, per CMS guidelines.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum one year of hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; system proficiency within 90 days of hire.
