• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a clean and safe skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and document treatments and changes in condition
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist with nursing assessments and individualized care plans
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations
• Properly use nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active Missouri LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
