As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy (as permitted), and physician-ordered interventions
Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Accurately document resident care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and resident care planning
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection prevention practices
Perform other nursing duties as assigned
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
Current, active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or senior living is preferred but not required
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
