Quality Control Manager
Are you passionate about building quality from the ground up-not just on projects, but across an entire organization? MegaKC is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality efforts on a major wastewater treatment construction project while developing the quality standards, processes, and systems that will shape the future of our company. This is more than a project role-it's an opportunity to build a quality program from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on a growing heavy civil contractor.
What You'll Do:
- Lead project quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation
- Develop and implement company-wide quality processes and standards
- Partner with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and accountability
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience
- Heavy civil, water/wastewater, or industrial construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and process development skills
- Someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and making a lasting impact
