Quality Assurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician with manufacturing experience to join our team in Kansas City.

• Perform in-process and final product inspections.
• Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect welded joints and coatings for quality.
• Perform product testing and maintain inspection records.
• Inspect incoming materials and completed products.
• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or steel fabrication experience is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office and Windows computer skills.
• Knowledge of arc welding for carbon, stainless, and alloy metals is a plus.
• Familiarity with liquid and powder coatings is helpful.
• Basic understanding of ASTM, AWWA, and AWS/ASME standards is preferred.
• Ability to perform inspections and tests such as dye-penetrant, magnetic particle, and coating thickness.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, and ability to use measuring tools like tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.

Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Full-Time
