ALPLA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its high-volume plastic packaging operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding, packaging, and support equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, support equipment setups and changeovers, and assist with installations of new technology. Working in a safety- and quality-focused team, you'll help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
- Support equipment setups, changeovers, and calibrations for production runs
- Document maintenance activities and adhere to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and technology
