Job DescriptionCrossroads Courier is a nationwide logistics and transportation company. We support time‑critical deliveries across industries including medical and automotive, where accuracy and speed are non‑negotiable.
We are looking for a detail‑driven, process‑focused individual to manage the flow of parts in and out of our operation. This is not a traditional warehouse role; it is a high‑accountability position that requires strong organization, system accuracy, and consistent follow‑through.
What This Role Is Really AboutYou will be responsible for controlling inventory accuracy and ensuring parts move correctly through our system from intake to outbound delivery. Every action you take directly impacts delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Schedule & Pay- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- $20–23/hour, paid biweekly
- Occasional overtime
- Receive, label, and properly store inbound parts with a high degree of accuracy
- Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies in real time
- Pull and prepare parts for outgoing orders based on system data
- Manage outbound shipping processes and documentation
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory exceptions
- Maintain strict organization across physical and digital inventory systems
- Communicate issues clearly and proactively to internal teams
- Ensure all activity is accurately reflected in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail — errors are not acceptable in this role
- Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
- Comfortable working within inventory systems and technology platforms
- Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of issues through resolution
- Clear communicator who can elevate issues when needed
- Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or operations preferred
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Stand and move throughout an 8‑hour shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a warehouse environment
