Snowplow Truck Operator - Seasonal/On-Call

Pay: Starting at $28 per hour, based on experience

Embassy Landscape Group is seeking experienced Snowplow Truck Operators to join our winter operations team. This seasonal, on-call position is responsible for safely and efficiently clearing snow and ice from commercial properties during winter weather events.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a plow truck to clear snow from parking lots, roadways, and other designated areas
• Apply salt or ice-melting materials as needed
• Follow assigned routes and communicate with supervisors throughout each event
• Perform basic pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
• Work safely around vehicles, pedestrians, curbs, and property structures
• Be available for overnight, early-morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as weather conditions require

Requirements:

• Previous professional snowplowing experience is required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a plow truck in challenging winter conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours during snow and ice events
• Ability to respond on short notice and remain available for the duration of assigned events
• Ability to work independently and follow directions

Employment is dependent on weather conditions, and hours are not guaranteed. Candidates must be available whenever snow or ice events occur.
