Thisroleplaysacriticalpartinensuringproductmovementisaccurate,timely,andcompliantwithallsafetyandqualitystandards. Theidealcandidateissafety-focused,detail-oriented,andexperiencedoperatingvarioustypesofpoweredindustrialequipmentinafast-pacedmanufacturingorwarehouseenvironment. Essential Functions SafelyoperateforkliftsandotherpoweredindustrialtrucksinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandOSHAregulations. Load,unload,move,stack,andstageproductsandmaterialsthroughoutthefacility. Supply production lines with raw materials to supportuninterruptedoperations. Transportfinishedgoodstodesignatedwarehouseandstoragelocations. Accuratelycompleteinventorytransactionsusingwarehousemanagementsystems,scanners,orhandhelddevices. Performdailypre-shiftequipmentinspectionsandreportmaintenanceconcernspromptly. EnsureproperstorageandrotationofmaterialsusingFIFO(First-In,First-Out) practices. Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironment. Assistwithreceiving,shipping,cycle counts,andinventoryauditsasrequired. Verifyproductquantities,labeling,anddocumentationbeforemovementorshipment. Followallfoodsafety,quality,GMP,andcompanypolicies. Collaboratewithwarehouse,production,andlogisticsteamstosupportoperationalgoals. Qualifications

Required Qualifications HighschooldiplomaorGEDpreferred. Minimum1yearofforkliftoperatingexperienceinamanufacturing,distribution,orwarehouseenvironment. Abilitytooperatesit-down,stand-up,reach truck,andpalletjackequipmentsafelyandeffectively. Experienceloadingandunloadingtrailers. Basiccomputerskillsandexperienceusinginventorysystemsorscanners. Abilitytoaccuratelycount,track,anddocumentinventory. Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttosafety.

Preferred Qualifications Currentforkliftcertification. Experienceinahigh-speedmanufacturingenvironment. Experiencewithwarehousemanagementsystems(WMS). Knowledgeofinventorycontrolandcyclecountingprocedures.

Physical Requirements Abilitytostand,walk,bend,reach,andclimbthroughouttheshift. Abilitytoworkinwarehouseandproductionenvironmentswithvaryingtemperatures.
