Treasury Administrative Specialist; Part-Time

Clerical VI - Admin Assistant to the Treasurer
7.5 hours per day, 12-month position

Salary: $23.86 per hour (subject to increase)

MINIMUM SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School diploma or equivalency, preferred two years of post secondary training, graduation from a recognized college with a relevant associate degree.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience (three years within past five years) in related field of study.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills: oral and written. Must possess the ability to deal with confidential information and to interact in a pleasant manner at all times with the varied public.
4. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
5. Demonstrated competency with USAS State Accounting Software, including data processing, and related software (i.e., Excel and Word).
6. Effective accounting skills.
