Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities
Salary:$21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)

What We’re Looking For:- Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
- Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius
(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)
Schedule Requirements:- Afternoon availability (after school hours)
- At least 4 days per week
- Occasional weekend availability may be requested
