Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef for The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, CA. You will support the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef in planning, prepping, and executing events ranging from weddings to conferences in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
The role demands 3–5 years of progressive culinary experience, a luxury hotel background preferred, and Serv Safe/food safety knowledge. Lead a culinary team while maintaining strict quality and sanitation standards.
