Collaborate with thought leaders on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation. Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work independently while mentoring and supervising team members as needed.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience with FMS case management.
- 7+ years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Acquisition Management, or International Operations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of defense acquisition systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning, organization, decision‑making, delegation, and employee development.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Master's degree.
- FMS Security Cooperation certification from Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
CompensationProjected compensation range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary determined by various factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract‑specific affordability, and organizational requirements. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for benefits. The posting will close within 90 days of the posting date.
