DevOps Engineer

Job Overview

Dev Ops Engineer – responsible for developing, managing, and securing a container platform that meets client needs and leverages cloud capabilities.

• Develop and maintain container management software to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
• Support team strategy, design, and standards throughout the containerization process.
• Recommend resources to help clients adopt containers securely.
• Collaborate with application development teams across the software development lifecycle to create solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure seamless orchestration of container software in cloud environments.

• 5+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  maturity, including automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and releases across environments.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions.
• Experience developing, managing, and securing containers.
• Experience working with application development teams and creating solutions to complex problems.
• TS/SCI clearance (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops in lieu of a degree.
• Security+ certification (nice).

• Enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure.
• Continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.
• Triage and resolution of issues related to open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.
• Terraform usage.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script.
• Master’s degree.
