FC Associate - All Shifts

Role Overview

Performs various duties related to FC Operations, including but not limited to Inbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance departments. Associates will be cross‑trained before being assigned to a designated area.

• Operate an RF gun/PDA device
• Breakdown, receive, and inspect inbound items
• Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products
• Move items and carts from one location to another
• Pick, pack, stack, and ship items
• Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
• May participate in training new associates
• Maintenance only
  • Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items
  • Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
  • Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary

• Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10+ hours
• Must be able to move and walk for 10+ hours
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force

• High school diploma or GED
• Similar FC experience

Hourly pay rates range from $18 to $22, plus any overtime. Pay rate depends on position, shift, and experience. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
