Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day resolution of complex problems and execution of complex transactions for a single site or smaller business units.
- Strategically advise on the design, development and implementation of products, systems and services using discretion within project management methodologies.
- Lead projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives.
- Serve as a technical expert in the assigned area, providing understanding of the business unit’s operations processes and implications on other groups.
- Consult on present‑state, develop alternative future‑state approaches, and facilitate implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide program/initiative setup, execution and control.
- Identify and recommend responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the LoanIQ platform, supporting complex loan operations, client servicing and process optimization initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in loan or lease operations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer and client focus.
- Problem solving, risk management and analytical thinking.
- Adaptability, collaboration, critical thinking, issue management, decision making, oral communications and presentation skills.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours per week: 40
Annual salary range: $59,700.00 – $96,300.00, based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for an annual discretionary incentive.
