Range Water Residential, LLC is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our multi-family communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
You will also help implement marketing plans, follow-up with applicants, and assist with lease renewals while maintaining property appearance and safety standards across site operations.
