• Educate customers on the benefits of Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through first impressions
• Actively engage with customers pre‑ and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally
• Operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch membership when interacting with new customers
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment
