Account Manager, Outside Sales
About the Role
Account Executive – responsible for promoting our Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. The role requires cold calling, market research, and collaboration with internal partners to create effective marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do- Learn our Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research.
- Consistently engage in cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
- Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
- Experience in Digital/Media Sales is a plus but not required.
- Additional nice‑to‑haves: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and a strong market network.
- Respect for others and a strong belief in mutual respect.
- General understanding of business principles and sales environment.
- Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts.
- Individual accountability and ability to seek guidance.
- Project management skills to complete assigned tasks.

Salary range: $32,000 – $40,000, plus commissions ranging from 7.0% to 16.0%. Salary will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and market data.
