Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Labor & Trades
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self motivated CDL Driver to join our growing landscape construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial vehicles, transporting equipment and materials, and assisting with landscape construction projects in the field.
ResponsibilitiesSafely operate CDL trucks to transport equipment, materials, and crew members to job sites.
Load, secure, and unload landscape construction equipment.
Operate and assist with equipment in the field as needed.
Support landscape construction crews with installation and site work.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
QualificationsValid CDL license with clean driving record.
Previous landscape construction or heavy construction experience preferred.
Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or similar machinery.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
