Demolition Foreman – Full Time | CDL + Bilingual Required

Faultline Services is a growing Utah demolition company specializing in clean demolition and deconstruction. We are known for quality work, attention to detail, and clean, professional job sites.

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman who wants to build a long-term career with us — not just fill a temporary position. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will lead a crew and work right alongside them every day. You will run the job, communicate clearly, solve problems in the field, and jump in to get the work done.

CDL and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and work alongside a demolition crew
• Organize daily work and assign tasks
• Communicate clearly with English- and Spanish-speaking employees
• Perform interior and exterior demolition and detailed deconstruction
• Salvage cabinets, vanities, fixtures, and materials for reuse when needed
• Operate power, pneumatic, and hand tools safely
• Set up dust containment, floor protection, and job‑site protection
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Load/unload tools and materials, haul debris
• Drive company trucks and CDL-required vehicles periodically
• Track hours, progress, materials, and communicate with management
• Solve problems in the field and uphold quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid class A or B CDL (required)
• Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
• 5 years minimum Construction experience
• Demolition experience preferred
• Foreman, crew lead, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with construction and demolition tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and keep a crew productive
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and do physical work all day
• Reliable transportation
• Genuine interest in building a long‑term career and growing with the company
