AboutThe Role
- Motivated Customer Service Specialists who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time, on-site position at our Bluffdale, Utah office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour.

- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
- Processing orders and resolving issues efficiently using up-to-date tools and technology.
- Providing product, pricing, and shipping information as a go‑to resource.
- Building genuine relationships with customers and recommending the right solutions.
- Guiding customers through online platforms and self‑service options.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required (we’ll train the right person).
