• Provide top‑notch customer support through phone, email, or in‑person interactions, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Utilize computerized systems to efficiently manage client accounts, enter/edit client orders, and provide reporting and data to clients and Account Service Reps.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed client support and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and increase sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with computerized systems.
• Proficiency in typing and computerized systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Microsoft Excel experience is a significant asset for this role.

• Experience with Lozier, Madix or other store related fixtures.
