Level 2 Claims Adjuster

Use your mechanical knowledge without physical labor! You will be able to build relationships with repair facilities, dealerships, and customers as you work with them day by day. We have an outgoing team that helps our customers get the most out of their vehicle service contract. The ideal candidate must portray a positive and outgoing personality with effective written, verbal, and phone skills.

The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while being detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. This position also has the option to work remotely after training.

• Being able to communicate with shops, customers, and all internal teams.
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair procedures.
• Provide accurate and complete information by utilizing any system tools available.
• The ability to handle customer complaints while maintaining composure & professionalism.
• Meet or exceed company performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
• Willingness to learn or improve knowledge within the company’s parameters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective use of time management.
• Must be very detail oriented, a self-starter and have great follow-up.
• Qualified applicants should possess organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions.

• Alldata or Shop Key
• Lube Tech or Service Drive Experience
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Mechanical Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Parts Store or Service drive experience

• Working in an office environment.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Physical requirements include standing, typing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift, sedentary – up to 10 pounds at a time.
