Lead Childcare Director & Classroom Team

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team who demonstrate commendable work ethic, dependability, and a passion for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our care. All employees must be able to pass the National Child Abuse registry and the Criminal Record clearance from the department of Justice.

The director must be a minimum of 21 years old and have a combination of education and experience equivalent to two years in the areas of management, early childhood education, child development, or nursing. They will be responsible for the overall success of the center and needs to have business, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. Additionally, they will need to be able to communicate to the owners, staff members, and the parents in a calm and professional manner.

He or she will assist in hiring and supervision of staff and will need good leadership skills to inspire staff to work diligently and abide by rules and regulations.

The cook will implement a 6-week Cycle Menu, purchase and prepare food in a timely manner. They will be responsible to keep the Child and Adult Care Food Program paperwork and must maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary fridge and kitchen.

Classroom teachers must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate patience, good communication skills, and be willing to plan and implement fun and stimulating activities to do with the children. They must demonstrate good judgement in order to respond to emergencies or difficult situations. Positive role models in language, attitude, honesty, and dependability are a must.
