Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team within a fast-growing, AI-powered process automation company. - Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 based on experience

As CFO, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, guiding the financial direction of a rapidly scaling, AI-driven organization. You’ll lead financial operations, capital strategy, and M&A activity while building scalable systems that support long-term growth and profitability. This role plays a critical part in helping the company execute its growth-through-acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities include:- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives and acquisition plans
- Partner with the CEO and Board on capital planning, forecasting, and investor relations
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions with five direct reports
- Drive cost management, cash flow optimization, and scalable financial infrastructure
- Lead due diligence, deal modeling, and post-acquisition integration
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and compliance practices
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Technology teams to align financial insights with business goals
- Maintain readiness for public-company standards (NASDAQ or equivalent experience preferred)
Qualifications:
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting designation
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in high-growth or acquisition-focused environments
- Experience working with public company or NASDAQ-level financial reporting
- Strong background in M&A, financial modeling, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or process automation industries is a plus
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
