Job SummaryThe Loan Origination Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the financing journey, managing relationships from initial inquiry through loan funding. This position plays a critical role in delivering a concierge-level financing experience while coordinating with underwriting, funding, title, and operations to ensure every transaction progresses efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing white-glove service to discerning clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the financing process.
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience consistent with the Rizz Lending brand.
- Educate customers on financing options, documentation requirements, and next steps.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and automotive enthusiasts.
- Manage loan applications from initial inquiry through funding.
- Collect and review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with underwriting to prepare files for credit review.
- Monitor loan pipeline and proactively follow up on outstanding conditions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve funding timelines and conversion rates.
- Ensure loan files meet internal quality and compliance standards.
- Qualify inbound customer inquiries and identify financing opportunities.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Support the Head of Sales by managing inbound opportunities and customer communications, allowing greater focus on dealer development.
- Assist in improving customer conversion and overall experience.
- Work closely with underwriting, funding, title, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with dealerships, insurance companies, and third-party vendors.
- Provide accurate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and loan activity.
- Track customer communications, pipeline activity, and loan milestones.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and timely follow-up.
- 2–5+ years of experience in consumer lending, banking, mortgage, automotive finance, or loan origination.
- Experience working directly with customers throughout the financing process.
- Automotive finance experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hub Spot and loan origination systems is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
- A strong interest in exotic, luxury, performance, and collector vehicles is strongly preferred. Familiarity with enthusiast automotive culture is a significant plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
